Traws Eryri is a new route created by Cycling UK, with off-road riding across Eryri National Park (Snowdonia). The route name is Welsh, and means Across Snowdonia, pronounced T-row-s Er-ruh-re.
Starting from Machynlleth (Mach), heading North, and finishing at Conwy.
Route stats - 198km, 4350m climbing.
For my ride, it was not quite so simple, with a 15km to Aber to catch a train to Mach to start, and after finishing another 4-hour train journey and finally a 15km ride back, finishing just before midnight.
