We leave Miami and fly to the capital, Quito. There we stay at the boutique hotel, Casa Gangotena, take a walking tour around the Historic Centre, take part in a Chocolate tasting, and finish the day at Nuema Restaurant (one of Latin America's Top 50 Restaurants 2023).
