All jazz pianists must know how to play using spread voicings. It's the bare minimum of playing solo piano, and will also teach you skills that transfer to ensemble playing. But, so many people are still stumped on this topic which holds them back from playing with the full, orchestral-like sound which solo jazz piano playing requires.
