In this video, we’ll show you how to program a remote key for a 2012 Volkswagen Polo using the Key Tool Max—step by step!
🔹 Key Preparation:
✅ Used Key Tool Max to generate a WIRED remote with the correct ID code
✅ Inserted a HU66 blade, CR2032 battery, and Xhorse Cloning Transponder
🔹 Key Cutting:
✅ Used Xhorse Condor to decode and cut the new HU66 key blade
🔹 Key Cloning:
✅ Cloned the existing ID48 transponder from the working key onto the Xhorse Cloning Transponder
✅ Followed instructions and turned the key ON & OFF 8 times with the KTM antenna close to the vehicle antenna
🔹 Remote Programming:
✅ Used Autel to program the new remote to the vehicle using the ADD function
