Traditional food head hunted by Chef Ks Kooks in the most remote areas, exploring the taste, cooking styles, and indigenous dishes of the various tribes found in those places. These dishes are prepared from the fire, or by traditional cooking methods, to show the culture and preserve the taste, of the cuisine. The chef prepares unique dishes adding modern flavors and exotic foods, coming up with a totally different dish that could be enjoyed at a heritage site or historical monument.
