Ingredients
225 g cream cheese
50 g Greek yogurt or sour cream
240 g pumpkin purée
150 g crushed biscuits
180 g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp pumpkin spice mix
1 tsp orange zest
a pinch of salt
20–30 g pecans
400 g white chocolate, melted

Instructions
Mix the room-temperature cream cheese with a spatula until smooth.
Add the powdered sugar and Greek yogurt, mixing until homogeneous.
Stir in the salt, vanilla, pumpkin spice, and then the pumpkin purée.
Mix until smooth, then fold in the crushed biscuits.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Shape into evenly sized small balls, placing a quarter of a pecan in the center of each.
Insert a toothpick into each ball for dipping and freeze for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Melt the white chocolate and dip the balls, scraping off any excess, then arrange them on baking paper.
Tint the remaining white chocolate with a drop of food coloring (orange), transfer it into a small piping bag with a tiny hole, drizzle it over the tops of the balls, and stick a pecan piece on each.
