WHERE To Get LEGENDARY HEADGEAR TOOLS MASTER MASK - Early Game - AC Shadows
Head north west from Makinoodera viewpoint into Amagasaki Castle and defeat FIVE Samurai Daisho to get this legendary headgear.
If your level is still low, you may want to come back later as killing 5 Samurai Daisho may be a little difficult. There are plenty of other legendary chest that can be opened without killing any Samurai Daisho as shown in my video guides. You may want to focus on those items first.
