Time with Orange, 9 years and 10 months.
Problem, Motorola Atrix has dead earpiece, first one was sent 15 months ago, which died, second one had camera fault, so this was the third handset.
Orange telephone support agreed to fix it free, if I take it down to an EE Shop.
EE Shop says no. When I said it was my third phone and it was probably not more than 12 months old, again no, as warranty on replacement phone was only for a short period... more arguing, and they offered to end my contract if I paid them about £70, i.e. buy it out.
So I retuned armed with this:-
