Hello everyone 😊 today I would like to show you guys how to make this Pan-Fried Semi-Dried Oyster with Honey 蜜餞金豪 😋
This is one of my favourite dishes in Hong Kong. It has the deepest aroma of oyster. It’s a luxury food ingredients so usually my family would have in Chinese New Year.
After I move to California, I would like to purchase a lot when it’s mostly available close to Chinese New Year. Semi-dry oyster is practically tasty in this weather. And I would keep them in freezer since they are semi-dry seafood, and make it whenever I want during the year.
Because the ingredient is good enough, simple cooking method and seasoning are good enough to make the dish 😋
