I embarked upon another WWOOFing adventure, this time at Safranière du Val d'Arly in Notre Dame de Bellcombe, France. Located in the Savoie region, at 1,200m altitude, I spent 2.5 weeks with some really cool people learning about how to use wild plants and herbs to benefit our overall health. Featuring Banjo the dog, a day trip to Geneva, and a two day overnight hike under the full moon in freezing weather, as well as plenty of mountain runs and coffee on the terrace.
