CDC's version of this very superb and beautiful song from the "Tinapay ng Buhay" (Mga Bagong Awiting Pangmisa) album of the Bukas Palad Music Ministry which was composed by Fr. Manoling V. Francisco, SJ. Lyricists of this song aside from Fr. Francisco were Getty Atienza & Fr. Silvino Borres, SJ and was then arranged by Mr. Palan Reyes.
As quoted in their album, this song speaks explicitly about the Eucharist, and is therefore particularly appropriate for Masses.
