Basics:
Entering low into the wind with your chin up and pushing your hips down. Go backwards by bending your legs to avoid flying into the opposite wall.
Common mistakes:
Jumping into the wind. Not slowing down before body reaches opposite side of wall.
Keys to success:
Slow down and stay low.
