The Perfect Day in Lima, Peru (2023)

Before you can make your way to Machu Picchu and other top tourist attractions in Peru, your plane will first stop in Lima.

Typically, most people skip Lima, but in this video, we show you why you shouldn't. Lima is a big city and has a lot to offer, including amazing food, art, sports, and inexpensive activities.

When you come, we recommend either staying at Barranco or Miraflores neighborhood. Barranco is a hip neighborhood with jaw-dropping street art.

Plus, it is less expensive than Miraflores. However, Miraflores is close to the city center and the sightseeing spots. So, you won't be disappointed spending a few days in Lima, Peru, Whichever neighborhood you choose.
