1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp butter
1 grated onion
1 small grated potato
1/2 grated carrot
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 - 1 tbsp dry mint
1 cup red lentils
1 chicken cube
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter (extra)
Yoghurt or lemon (to serve - optional)

:مواد لازم
۱ قاشق غذا روغن
۱ قاشق غذا مسکه
۱ پیاز رنده شده
۱ کچالوی خرد رنده شده
نیم زردک رنده شده
۱ قاشق غذا رب بادنجان
نیم الی ۱ قاشق غذا نعناع خشک
۱ گیلاس عدس سرخ شسته شده
۱ مگی سوپ مرغ
نیم قاشق چای مرچ سیاه
نیم قاشق چای نمک
۱ ق غذا مسکه
