Type of cement plant business start-up:
1. Integrated Cement Plant (Green Field or Brawn field)
2. Mini Cement plant (Vertical Shaft Kiln upto 400 TPD)
3. Mini Cement plant (Rotary Kiln start from 400 TPD)
4. Mini Grinding unit ( Ball Mill upto 500 TPD)
5. Cement Grinding unit ( Roll Press, VRM upto 12000 TPD)
6. Blending unit ( Mixing of Cement with Flyash)
Green Field Projects: The setting up of cement projects starting from scratch at a new location / site with the land and infrastructure as available. It can be set up as integrated plant or with split location where clinker can be manufactured at one location and cement grinding and/ or packing can be at another location.
Brownfield Projects: The execution of brownfield means expansion/ modernization projects in the existing cement plant by alterations/ modifications in the existing plant and equipment or else installing completely ‘new production line’ at the existing location utilizing already available facilities.
