Steps:
1. Tie in thread
2. Wrap to base
3. Tie in tail fur, ½ shank in length
4. Tie in pearl flash on each side of tail
5. Create thich dubbing loop with hair’s ear fur
6. Wrap to 80%, creating segmentation
7. Create dubbing loop for collar hairs (“soft hackle” style)
8. Wrap to form collar
9. Tie in ostrich herl, wrap to form head
10. 4-5 turn whip finish to form a small head
11. Add head cement
