Four (4) examples of "protein poems" are presented. In each case, a strand of DNA undergoes a single point base mutation from the previous line. New strands are allowed only if, when "translated" into (mostly) the standard 1-letter codes for each amino acid, "spell out" a legitimate word or series of words in the English language. These words range from 1 letter up to words with as many letters as there are codons in the entire DNA chain.
Note that capital letter represent DNA bases, while small letters represent amino acid 1-letter codes.
