VIDEO TOUR. CATHERINE PALACE. SECOND PART

Dear friends! Save the date 2 September 18.00 MSK. We are happy to invite you to the 2nd part of our online tour of the Catherine Palace accompanied by the guide Julia Remizova.

The first part of the online tour was dedicated to the epoch of Baroque - the epoch of Empress Elisabeth and her court architect Francesco Rastrelli. We have seen the Golden Enfilade, including the magnificent Great Hall and the world-famous Amber Room.

This time we are going to see some interiors in the northern part of the palace designed by architect Charles Cameron during the reign of Catherine the Great. Cameron created some private rooms especially for Catherine's son, Grand Duke Paul, the future Russian Emperor Paul I, in the neoclassical style.
