Make Biotin Laddu with nuts, seeds, and dates. No refined sugar. Natural biotin from peanuts, almonds, sesame, and flax supports hair and skin. Dry roast, pulse to a coarse mix, bind with dates and a spoon of ghee or coconut oil, roll, and set. Ready in 10 minutes. Store airtight for 10–14 days.
