Horemheb, King of Egypt, 'the Enlightened Despot' from my book: PHARAOHS OF THE SUN (new title)

This is a talk by Guy de la Bedoyere about Horemheb, the last king of the 18th Dynasty or first of the 19th Dynasty, who ruled 33 centuries ago. Based on the last chapter of my book to be published by Little, Brown in the summer of 2022. Horemheb is little known today but was one of Egypt's ablest and most important kings. He spent much of his reign removing traces of the reign of Akhenaten and usurping the monuments of Tutankhamun and Ay.

The title of this book has now been revised. It is now called:
