Whether or not free will exists, you experience being able to freely choose. So, from an experiential point of view, free will exists. Also, according the doctrine of karma, you are born because of past karmas which can only be accrued through the use of free will. Yet, according to the non-dual teachings of advaita Vedanta, your true nature (atma) is sat chit ananda, limitless, unchanging consciousness. That consciousness reveals the activities (vrittis) of your mind (manas, buddhi), including the activity of decision making. So, as pure consciousness, you do not have free will, yet decisions are made by your mind which enjoys free will to a limited extent.
