DECEMBER GROCERY HAUL

A grocery haul for the entire month of December for our large family of 13! (One is definitely only eating breast milk... but we are still counting her...haha.)

Plus we cooked and shared a healthy, easy recipe!

Balsamic Chicken

Cook up some halved brussel sprouts in coconut oil. We added bacon crumbles near the end of them being soft. Cook chicken thighs OR breasts separately and shred the chicken. Add it to the pan with the brussel sprouts. For the sauce, we use about 1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise and half a cup of balsamic vinegar plus some basil and salt to taste. Add more balsamic vinegar in until it is just the right amount of tangy.

Next time I make this I will try to be more careful to measure things out for a more accurate recipe!
