I'm Fine (A Poem I made)

Hello, this is a random upload of a poem I made in highschool. I never had intentions of posting it online when I made it and when I was going through old files I came across this video I had made when I was going through mental health struggles.

I use to go through (and am still recovering) from many mental health issues including: eating disorders, depression, anxiety and lots of stress and self doubt. I am a lot better now but I wanted to post this video for anyone out there who also might be struggling with their mental health.

For anyone who needs to hear it: You are absolutely beautiful, handsome and strong in every way and even though you may not always see it someone else does. No amount of words can help someone with thoughts about self doubt but understand that the thoughts are not the end of your life and eventually you will find the light that I was able to find. It takes time and healing is a process you will face for the rest of your life. But no matter how hard and difficult healing is you can do it.
