Downgrade Redmi Note 4 to MiUi 9 from MiUi 11 (Urdu+Hindi)

This downgrading is only for Snapdragon Redmi Note 4.
Redmi Note 4 was launched back in 2017 and an awesome mobile device still performing best in 2020. Recently updated to Miui 11 from Miui 10 with stable rom. Those who want to go back to lightning fast stable miui 9 from miui 11 then just follow my showing steps and get the job done in 5 minutes.
Bootloader must be unlock for applying this procedure.

Must backup your internal storage data before proceeding this procedure.
Sync mi account and google account once and then sign out from both to avoid any issues after downgrading.
