Leg Circles and Frogs on the #Reformer are many people's favorite exercises, aka Feet in Straps. But, what if you have one leg that is just along for the ride? Try this! Take off one of the straps and do your frogs and circles and then switch sides. See which side of your body needs a little bit more love! You can repeat it again on the weak side.
