To record capital in Tally, use a Receipt Voucher (F6) for cash/bank or a Journal Voucher (F7) for assets, crediting the owner's Capital Ledger (under Capital Account group) and debiting the Cash, Bank, or specific Asset Ledger (Fixed Assets/Current Assets) for the invested amount. Ensure you enable Double Entry Mode (Ctrl+H) for structured entries and use the narration for clarity.
