Last week I lost my save file right at the end of the game. I replayed most of the game off stream, and tonight we'll finish it up. Originally streamed August 6, 2024.
Déjà Vu: A Nightmare Comes True!! is the first game in the MacVenture series from ICOM Simulations. The plot follows Ace Harding, a former boxer turned private eye, after he wakes up in a bathroom stall with no memory of who he is. The game was originally released in 1985 for Mac, making it among the first point-and-click adventure games. The NES version, released in 1990, adds color graphics, a full soundtrack, and some changes to make them more appropriate for Nintendo’s audience.
