I am asking the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Norway and Pakistan; court for a demand for Investigation and repayment of the mortgage loan, the repayment of compound interest and for repayment of private loan to YogaNoor AS. Total amount 8.0165000 kroner, that was paid to Kristian Siem out of court settelment trough Oslo Tingrett April. 2022.

The demand for the repayment of the mortgage in the amount of 7,000,000 and compound interest in the amount of 1,000,000 and for repayment of private loan to YogaNoor AS in the amount of 165000 kroner. has been used as a means of extortion since 2017.

In 2017 Kristian Siem cut off all contact as well as financial support for his family in Norway, namely Naema Noor and his children; Victoria, Andrea and Francis. His wife, Karen Anne Moross and his father in law, Mandy Manfred Moross demanded full isolation and that all communication will go through their lawyers, namely Andreas Mellbye and Randi Birgitte Bull. The threats that the loan would fall due if I, did not sign the contract, by Kristian Siem’s lawyer; Andreas Mellbye, where I oblige to enter into an adoption process in Norway trough the Norwegian Child Welfare Service called Barnevernet, have caused me and my children serious traumas and as a consequence, deep psychological problems in the form of PTSD.

The threats involve a breach of the Criminal Code sections 268 and 272 c serious personal persecution and participation in a criminal network aimed at individual person(s) for personal gain.

The motive for participating in criminal activities and breaking the law is that Siem has emigrated from Norway and risks having to pay out an inheritance under international legislation where the Norwegian compulsory inheritance does not apply. This may result in Siem having to pay significant shares of his fortune in inheritance to Andrea Lakshmi Noor and Francis Agashtyar Noor. Obligatory inheritance legislation in Norway is considerably lower.

The contract of 10 January 2019 by Kristian Siem’s lawyer Andreas Mellbye attempts to bind the children of Siem to compulsory inheritance Norway, despite the fact that Siem has emigrated. This in itself is a breach of the Contracts Act section 36. The contract also clearly breaches the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child Article 3.2.1 and 3.2.2. All children have the right to know their origin as far as possible and all decisions taken by authorities, carers and other decision-makers on behalf of children must be in the child's best interests. The contract clearly violates these provisions. In addition, Siem has tried to mislead the adoption authorities when he tries to adopt the children away without a paternity DNA-test being taken. I suspect that the DNA-Testing of Kristian Siem and Henrik Allum by my family doctor, Per Mangnus Christensen with colleagues at University Hospital of Oslo is fraudulent.
Siem also misleads the British and Norwegian authorities when he informs Nav that he lives in London and corresponds with Nav from his address in London. When the family court was supposed to look him up, he had emigrated to Monaco the year before without disclosing this. I and my two youngest children are protected by the Hague Convention of 2009 and are considered vulnerable parties, it is under the Hague Convention that Nav initiated a recovery case and raised a demand that contributions should be settled in London England. The Hague Convention has thus been broken deliberately by Kristian Siem when he pretends to live in London while in reality he has emigrated to Monaco, which is not subject to the Hague Convention.

The claim had exceeded the limitation period and the mortgage sum has been used as a means of extortion and thus the Criminal Code has been broken. The claim for repayment of the mortgage loan must also be considered as part of an 7 year extortion by Kristian Siem and his lawyers Andreas Mellbye and Randi Birgitte Bull and their network worldwide in connection to this case.
