"Ways to Release Tension" " Weekly Spirit Guide Message December 8-14, 2024 from Hector: The Great Horned Owl🦉, as channeled by Allison Pilling.💖

There is a big roll of the shoulders and a forward stretch of the neck. Hector is settling in after feeling a bit tense. He shifts his body as if to be stretching his upper back, neck and wings. This is all intentional as the tension begins to release.

Hector looks towards us and shares,

"Aw, now that feels better. We all have our ways to release tension and it feels critical to do after a long few weeks.

It's interesting since the days are flying by quickly with the calendar flipping at a great speed.

The long few weeks is in reference to all the decisions, changes, and activities that are being undertaken. The amount of "stuff" getting done is absurd. No wonder our body's are tightening up. They don't have enough time to process the changes, the decisions, the experiences, before the next one hits the plate.

We are in a never fast turning world. we get to make a choice whether to tighten our grip and go for a ride, or we can loosen up and see where we land.

Moving at a different speed than the majority will feel awkward at first; however, I encourage you to give it a try.

We can be observed and built on with a little concentrated attention and care may amaze you.

Lean into what you love. What truly makes you feel good and let the other stuff pass by.

Don't stress it. If it's yours to address it will come around again and if tot, it was only a distraction.

Let distractions go by so they can find their intended person.

For this week allow the tension to ease in all the ways you know how to encourage it.

Make it a daily practice.
A few breaths.
A few stretches.
A short walk.
A gentle rotation of the head.

Even closing the eyes for a few seconds will help alleviate tension and direct focus where it needs to go.
