His weekly sermons on Islam, delivered every Thursday in Jhelum since 1996, attract numerous followers seeking guidance on living a righteous and fulfilling life.

Through his Dera in Jhelum, Baba Irfan ul Haq has been providing spiritual healing and serving communal meals (Langar) to the needy since 1994.

His teachings emphasize the importance of love, positivity, and forgiveness. As he states:

"He who forgives, on the Day of Resurrection, will be forgiven."
