When Jesus was about to be crucified, He went and prayed in the garden of Gethsemane. He cried out to His Father, God. "Abba, Father,' He said, 'everything is possible for You. Take this cup from me. Yet not my will but your will be done" (Matthew 14:36).
Jesus went through everything we deserved. He was innocent yet He got the punishment of criminal on our behalf. God so loved us that he gave his only son to save our souls, all we can say is thank you Lord and praise His name. Nothing can amount to what Jesus has done for us.
