Hey it’s MetCon here Marcus from the UK, I’m 38 years old and I’ve been using the WoD proof app for just over 18 months now, I’m a busy dad of two – meaning I’m often working out at unusual and unpredictable times in the day or night around the kid’s routine, so getting to a prescheduled class is quite tricky. WoD proof in that respect has been great for me, it’s given me a platform to log and track my workouts and progress, it’s also been a platform where I’ve managed to connect with others with a passion for fitness and that sense of community that connection that is created has been awesome, particularly over the last year and a half.

For me now, the WoD proof APP is a part of my training kit at home or in gym, and most of all it is helping keep me on track with my training.
