Straight forward Subaru Impreza "quick" strut replacement. If springs are to be swapped over, a spring compressor is required and a slightly different procedure. I tend to go for quick struts for saving time and safety. Alignment is recommended afterwards. The only hard part in this case is dealing with the corrosion on the endlinks. They are notorious for seizing up, and on the OEM style endlink, there is not much to grab on to to hold the ball stud from the back. I used vice grips but kept slipping off and risked damaging the grease boot, luckily everything was intact in the end. Might be a good idea to replace the endlinks while you're there as they are fairly inexpensive.
