This session shares strategies for organizational preparedness in times of social unrest, and how to implement programs that allow for real-time conversations.  

Robin and Mathew are joined by BridgeWorks Managing Director, Speaker, and Generational Expert Phil Gwoke and Director of Keynotes & Training, Speaker, and Generational Expert Scott Zimmer to explore how Medtronic has successfully utilized its established Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to address issues of inclusion, diversity, and equity.
