This 55 year old Antonov An-12 (reg: EK-12104), had problems while starting the engines on the cargo apron in Schiphol. Engine #3 couldn't start properly, and the pilots had to shut down the plane after having tried for 40 minutes. This was confirmed by the personnel at the cargo ramp.
It departed Amsterdam Schiphol approximately 3 hours later.
