Here we have my favorite Banana Bread in the entire world! My recipe came straight from Hawaii and I've held it secret since my teenage years. Now, you can make it too!
Ingredients for two loaves:
1 cup shortening
2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
6 ripe bananas
2 1/2 cup AP flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
(add chopped nuts if you so desire)
