Background: Secretary of State Gardener is overseeing the the transfer of submarines to NATO ally, Mehland, to bolster their deterrence capabilities against CSAT. The meeting with Mehland's military representative is interrupted, and contact with the security team. The last transmission indicates they were attacked, with further details unknown.
Extract the SecState back to the NATO airbase.
