Chapter 139 is not the chapter that ruined Attack on Titan, it may be the objectively worst chapter, but the chapter that actually ruined Attack on Titan was Chapter 88 since this is where the seeds for the final ending would be planted. Eren Yeager is possible the most ruined protagonist of all time, his demise is nothing short of character assassination. Honestly, we don't know what Isayama was thinking when he wrote this. Unless, Isayama is playing 4-D chess and this isn't the real ending.
