Woodturning - Poison wood Crotch bowl 【職人技】木工旋盤を使用して二股の小物入れを作る

We have begun a small but small activity to regenerate trees that have been broken by storms or cut for various reasons.

In this video, you will see a work scene in which a wood lathe is used to make an accessory case from a poison wood of Lacquer tree using the technique of wood turning.

I found it broken and dried due to a disaster, so I made it into a work.
It's just my personal opinion, but it didn't seem to matter if it adhered to the skin when it was dry.

嵐によって壊れたり、様々な理由によって切られた木を再生する活動を小さくではありますが始めました。

この動画では、西洋木工ろくろ(ウッドターニング)の手法により、木工旋盤を使用してウルシ科の有毒樹より小物入れを作る作業風景となります。
災害によって折れて乾燥していたのを見つけたため作品にしてみました。
あくまで私個人の見解ですが、乾燥していると皮膚に付着しても問題ないようでした。
