[TAS WR] GOIME 500 "v1, 99.4%" in

99.4% obtains every achievement except for the ones that require you to wait for 4 and 5 minutes.
This TAS was made with major routing and general help from LIGHTSTARE:    / Канал  
Music is missing due to a several bugs in gnash and its audio playback.
This TAS uses speedrun.com's timing which ends when 99.4% achievements are reached instead of when input ends. (This forces TASers to account for the achievements that force you to wait for some amount of time.)

This is a tool assisted speedrun. It has been created by slowing down the game to extremely slow speeds and with save states to create a theoretically perfect run of the game. This is not aiming to compete with regular runs performed by humans.

Known/Possible Improvements:
A few frames are lost during the arcade from the Rally achievement as we initially forgot to do it and would have further set back this horribly delayed TAS. (Time loss comes from leaving the specific region that contributes towards the achievement for being in the arcade for 60 seconds. Time loss is a few frames max.)
Timing could end earlier if stopped at last input if done with TAS timing instead. (Last few seconds is showing off while we wait for the "Uneventful" achievement)
"Uneventful" may be possible to get earlier with a large route change, although we were unable to do so.
