RECIPE

Sauce

1/3 Cup Cream
1 oz Cream Cheese
3 tbsp Parmesan, Grated
1/2 Lemon, Juiced
Pinch Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt

1) In a pan set over medium heat, add in your cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Let this thicken for about 3-4 minutes. Once reduced, remove from heat and add in all of your parmesan and whisk togehter.

Noodles

3 Tbsp Ground Pork Rinds
3 Eggs
1 oz Cream Cheese

1) In a blender add all of your ingredients and blend for about 1 minutes.
2) Grab a baking sheet and lay down a silicone baking mat. Pour your mixture into the middle and even it out by tilting the pan.
3) Place this into an oven at 350°F for 5 minutes in a convection oven or 7-9 minutes in a conventional oven.

Ricotta Filling

1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan, Grated
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 lemon, zest
2 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped

1) Add all of your ingredients into a bowl and mix well.


Beef Filling

6 oz ground beef
3 tbsp parmesan
2 tbsp heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt

1) Brown your beef in crumbles in a pan over medium high heat. Drain.
2) Add your cooked meat, parmesan, heavy cream, and salt into a blender and blend until smooth
