THIS WEEK’S INGREDIENTS:
150g soft dark brown sugar
120g golden syrup
60g black treacle
2.5tsp ground ginger
2tsp ground cinnamon
1tsp ground nutmeg
2tbsp water
190g butter
1tsp bicarbonate of soda (I forgot to mention this !)
450g plain flour
