Along with Crocker, Vlad, and Professor Calamitous, Plankton is the leader of the Evil Syndicate and plans to eradicate each of the four heroes' worlds. While this is Plankton's only appearance in the Nicktoons Unite! series aside from Globs of Doom, the crab mech that he uses in his boss fight makes a cameo in Battle for Volcano Island's tutorial level (which SpongeBob and Danny lampshade when they see it).
