In this video, I share footage of the three fish I submitted for my 2025 Georgia Angler Award — a Chattahoochee Bass (11.75"), a Tallapoosa Bass (11"), and a Spotted Gar (32").
Each fish was caught in Georgia waters and represents part of my ongoing journey exploring the incredible native species that make this state a fisherman’s dream. From the mountainous rivers that hold the Chattahoochee and Tallapoosa bass, to the backwaters where the gar roam, every catch tells a story.
