Beyond Sausage plant-based links, I was super skeptical! I even cooked up a batch of beef fajitas as a backup plan, fully expecting not to like the vegan sausage at all.

Boy, was I wrong! After cautiously trying them (I literally asked my wife to try it first!), I was absolutely blown away by the taste and texture.
