As much as I love my GH5 and GH5s, whenever I get to shoot with the Alexa cameras, I swoon for their Rec709 look straight out of the camera. Both with a nice pleasing contrast yet smooth shadows and highlights, it makes camera envy worse.
But then... I heard you can make your GH5 footage look like an Arri Alexa's with this little set of LUTs called GHAlex??? We shall see....
