"Mr. Sandman" is a popular song written by Pat Ballard which was published in 1954 and first recorded in May of that year by Vaughn Monroe & His Orchestra and later that same year by The Chordettes and The Four Aces. It reached No. 1 on Cash Box's chart of "The Nation's Top Ten Juke Box Tunes" in 1954. Lenny Dee and his magical Hammond recorded it as well, and we give you a really short version of it in Mr. Dee's style, on a rainy 5/26/2021, because "Life is Good" when Mr. Sandman comes to call. Enjoy your Wednesday, and thanks for listening.🌴🎹😁
