In today’s video I’m ranking every EX character in One Piece Bounty Rush based on how they were at release — not how they are now.
We’re talking about:
How hype they were when they dropped
How strong they actually were at launch
Which EX units were overwhelmingly broken
Which ones were underwhelming or straight-up toxic
And which ones I didn’t play during release, so I’m judging based on history, community feedback, and what I’ve learned since.
