On the 14th of May 2024 Andy Grant signed the papers to acquire the THE DJ AWARDS (which was created in Ibiza in 1998) from founder Jose Pascal. Four months later the world's top DJs flew to Ibiza to collect their awards at Club Chinois marking the return of the iconic loved event. This monumental achievement was only made possible by the new DJA team whom it owe a massive debt of gratitude to for their hard work, long hour, professionalism and blind faith that this would all be worth it. We have now completed the first step in a three year project to transform the DJ Awards from being a one off annual event in Ibiza into a global brand, a year round experience, a programme of n international events and content platform - all focused on recognising the gold standard in achievements across all sectors and elements of the global electronic music scene.
