Hi guys. So I am starting a new series where I would upload a fried video each Friday (hopefully :))
In this video, I show one of my techniques of frying chicken wings and making potato salad. I put mixed veggies in my potato salad most of the time. Sometimes I put vinegar, sometimes I don't. It all depends on how the mood I'm in. The technique is pretty simple to follow. You can use your favourite all-purpose seasonings to season your wings. I also showed what I used to season the flour.
